Typically, you'll need around 40 ml for a 6 kg regular load.  The correct dosage depends on load size, water hardness, and how soiled your clothes are.

For top-load and front load machines, add clothes first, followed by detergent.

Pour the liquid into the appropriate compartment or dispenser and select the wash cycle based on your laundry needs.
