Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Be in the original packaging
Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Partial Refunds
Certain situations may only qualify for a partial refund:
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected:
We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item
We will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable
